Burnt End

Fire-Charred Walnut High Top

Inspired by a hand-sculpted walnut end table done by Blacktail Studio, I plan on carving the neck from an unused black walnut mantel. This piece will be accented with elements of its natural live edge and a fire char homage to Kansas City’s famed burnt ends on a bun. Will need to find a walnut cookie for the top, and maybe some kind of flamethrower.
